L'ASM575CEThe new Onigiri moulder produces Onigiri of different shapes and sizes quickly and evenly using a pair of moulds (one pair included), simplifying the production of this Japanese speciality.
This Autec machine offers fast production, capable of producing up to 1,950 Onigiri, 2,600 Nigiri and between 1,625 and 5,200 Makunouchi per hour.
The hopper has a storage capacity of 10 kg of sushi rice and is equipped with a heat-retaining system to ensure that the rice is kept at the right temperature.
