The rice sheet machine ASM895CE from Autec is a compact machine for producing perfectly even mats of rice. Equipped with a large-capacity reservoir, it keeps your rice warm during serving.
The ASM865CE lets you adjust the size and compression of your mats. The machine is equipped with sensors to automatically produce rice mats every 3 seconds.
It can therefore be used by several chefs at the same time. All that's left to do is lay out your Nori sheet and filling, and you're ready to roll.
