From 13 to 17 October 2023, the Sushi Robots team made a big splash at Host Milano, one of the biggest events dedicated to the catering and hospitality industry. This year, our presence at this emblematic trade fair in Italy was a very good experience, allowing us to present our new machines and our best sellers to the whole world.
Discover our machines
The Sushi Robots stand, with its new 40m2 surface area, attracted the attention of visitors from all over the world. Our team had the privilege of presenting our machines, designed to improve production processes in the catering industry. Visitors were able to discover our sushi, gyoza, poke and kakigori in action. The efficiency, precision and speed of our machines have won the admiration of industry professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts alike.
Tastings on the stand
As well as demonstrating our machines, we offered visitors the chance to sample some typical Japanese dishes. The sushi prepared by Sushi Chef Michaël Pankar (French and European Champion and World Sushi Vice-Champion) delighted the visitors' taste buds. It was the perfect opportunity to see the results of our machines in action.
Visitors were also able to discover kakigori, a Japanese frozen dessert made using our electric and manual machines in a dedicated area.
A few figures about Host Milano
This year, Host Milano set new records in terms of participation and impact. Here are a few figures to illustrate the event's success:
- More than 2,000 exhibitors from 55 countries took part in the event, offering visitors a wide range of choices.
- The show attracted over 200,000 visitors from 171 countries, underlining its global reach.
- More than 500 new products were presented, illustrating the continuous innovation within the restaurant and hotel industry.
Taking part in Host Milano 2023 was a great experience for the whole Sushi Robots team. We are grateful to everyone who visited our stand and shared their enthusiasm for our machines. The positive experience we had at this world-class exhibition motivates us to continue innovating and offering cutting-edge products to the gastronomy sector.
