This year, Sushi Robots had a makeover! Visitors were able to admire a new, optimised stand, tailor-made to showcase the machines and utensils perfectly.
Another new feature for Sushi Robots: a famous chef has appeared behind the work surface on the stand! You've probably heard of him, as he's the French Sushi Vice-Champion for 2018, 2019 and 2021: Jérémi Seguda. Chef of his own restaurant in Chamonix, Jérémi impressed visitors with his tasty sushi.
A great chef accompanied by quality machines: rice matting machine, nigiri machine, maki cutter, washer and rice mixer also impressed curious visitors.
Did you know? After his appearance on our stand, Jérémi Seguda will soon be taking part in the World Sushi Championships in Tokyo. A participation sponsored by Sushi Robots, among others!
This year, Alexis Luong, the 2021 French Sushi Champion, gave way to a new champion. On the podium this year was Michaël Pankar in first place, followed by Marie Seguin and Naranbaatar Enkhtaivan in third.
As a long-standing partner of the competition, Sushi Robots once again provided candidates with cutting boards accompanied by their booster seats as well as makisu. New this year, the winner, Michael Pankar, was able to walk away with an Ohitsu donated by Sushi Robots in partnership with Hasegawa.
