ASM890CE is the latest model from AUTEC. A number of technological innovations have enabled us to develop a machine that is easy to use, easy to maintain and adaptable to the requirements of each restaurant. The LED display makes it easy to program the width, length and thickness of the rice mat. The machine's intuitive programming makes it easy for anyone to use.
The ASM890CE allows you to make three sizes of rolls: futo maki, california and hozo maki. The three different rolling mats will be automatically recognised by the machine. The technology developed by AUTEC ensures that the roll is perfectly formed and closed. All parts of the machine are Teflon-free.
