The maki cutter ASM260CE from AUTEC makes it easier to cut rolls. With this machine, you can cut up to 2,400 pieces per hour while maintaining the same size and quality. The safety system is reinforced to avoid any risk of accidents during use. Thanks to its large cutting table, you can slice three maki or a special (e.g. Dragon Roll) in one go.
The gentle angle of the blades means you can cut delicately and precisely, imitating the movement of a sushi chef. So even the most fragile rolls will be perfectly cut. The machine is designed with resin parts and a metal table, making assembly, disassembly and cleaning ultra simple.
